1. DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT? NO!!! Just come by to get adjusted during regular office hours.
2. HOW DO I START? Just call 612-207-0664 to schedule your 1st visit, leave us a comment to schedule or just come during office hours and you will be seen. At your 1st visit we will chat a minute about chiropractic, how it relates to your life, your health and performance history, check your spine and adjust if needed and make some recommendations for you and your family to get the most out of chiropractic.
3. HOW LONG IS EACH VISIT? The 1st visit is around 15 minutes and after that visits only take a minute or two. One of the biggest barriers to people getting adjusted is the time factor. People’s lives are busy so we try to take up as little of your time as possible. Getting adjusted is supposed to decrease the stress in your life, not become a source of stress.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS? M,W,F 10am-1pm & 3pm-6pm
5. DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE? NO! However reciepts for flex plans or HSA’a can be prepared on request.
6. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? Yes-Visa, MC, Discover.
7. DO YOU DO ANY PHYSICAL THERAPY, ACCUPUNCTURE, DECOMPRESSION, MASSAGE, LASERS, HEAT, COLD, NUTRITION, PERSONAL TRAINING EXERCISES AND STRETCHES, ETC? No. Our mission is to get as many people adjusted as possible and teach them why it is important. Anything else that we add to the office takes away from that objective.
8. DO YOU NEED X-RAYS? In most cases, no. If during our consultation and spinal analysis there is some reason to believe that administering an adjustment may be unsafe or contra-indicated, we may order some x-ray studies to confirm the safety of an adjustment.
9. DO YOU TAKE CARE OF CHILDREN? YES, ABSOLUTELY!! This office is for ALL people, including children. Kids that live without subluxation grow up better in all areas of life!
